What is larry lloyd?

Larry Lloyd was a central defender who enjoyed a successful career in English football during the 1970s and early 1980s. He is best known for his time at <a href="https://www.wikiwhat.page/kavramlar/Liverpool%20F.C.">Liverpool F.C.</a> and <a href="https://www.wikiwhat.page/kavramlar/Nottingham%20Forest">Nottingham Forest</a>.

At Liverpool, signed by Bill Shankly in 1969, he won a league title and an FA Cup before moving on.

His greatest successes came at Nottingham Forest under manager <a href="https://www.wikiwhat.page/kavramlar/Brian%20Clough">Brian Clough</a>. There, he captained the side to a First Division title in 1978 and back-to-back <a href="https://www.wikiwhat.page/kavramlar/European%20Cup">European Cup</a> victories in 1979 and 1980. His commanding presence and leadership were crucial to Forest's success.

He also had a brief spell as manager of Wigan Athletic later in his career.
